ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Chandralekha Arora with
postgraduate diploma in human nutrition and home science, is a well known
dietitian with ten years of experience in public health, clinical nutrition and
nutrition research. She has taught introductory nutrition at college and
university level. She has developed her own unique approach to personal diet and
lifestyle therapy.
A freelance health and nutrition writer, Dr. Lekha has published many learned
articles in the areas of human nutrition and dietary methods in reputed
journals. Interior decoration, cooking and gardening are her hobbies and has
penned several books on these subjects. She has attended many seminars and
symposia on health and nutrition and is associated with many institutions
